I first met Sarah while I was rehabbing from cancer nearly 7 years ago  Thought I’d give Pilates a try!  She was kind and gently pushed  me to do things I didn’t think I could do.  Fast forward to now.  I am a big fan of Pilates and Sarah.  She has continued to push me as I have had two knee replacement surgeries and all sorts of other stresses in my life.  Sarah makes things fun and I look forward to our twice weekly sessions!!
